Doctor Edges provides USCIS immigration medical exams completed by Dr. Joseph Claiborne, MD, a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon. Our physician-led process is discreet, efficient, and aligned with current USCIS and CDC guidelines.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR IMMIGRATION PHYSICAL

• Comprehensive medical history review and physical examination
• Tuberculosis (TB) blood test (IGRA)
• Syphilis testing (required for applicants age 15 and older)
• Gonorrhea testing (required for applicants age 15–65)
• Review of vaccination records
• Completion of USCIS Form I-693 by Dr. Joseph Claiborne, MD
• Official sealed envelope for USCIS submission

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

• Vaccinations (only if missing or required; charged separately)
• Chest X-ray (only required if TB blood test is positive and completed at an outside imaging center)

TB TESTING & CHEST X-RAY REQUIREMENTS

USCIS requires TB screening for all applicants. Most individuals complete screening with a TB blood test. If the TB blood test is positive, a chest X-ray is required before the medical exam can be finalized.

• Government-issued photo ID
• Vaccination records (if available)
• Any prior TB test or chest X-ray results (if applicable)
• USCIS paperwork (if available)
